Regional Asthma Management & Prevention (RAMP), a project of the Public Health Institute (PHI), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy (“Privacy Policy”) as described below.

By visiting our Website, you are accepting the practices described in our Privacy Policy. Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, other policies, and practices, your choice is not to use our Website. This Privacy Policy applies to the RAMP website located at www.rampasthma.org/ and any other pages associated with the rampasthma.org/ domain (the “Website”) and any information that RAMP collects via this Website or interaction between you and the Website—including but limited to in email, test, mobile and desktop applications you download from this Website, and other electronic messages between you and this Website. This Privacy Policy applies to all ways that the Website is accessed and/or used, whether via personal computers, mobile devices or otherwise, and other interactive features, applications (including mobile applications), or downloads that are operated by RAMP (“we” and “us”) that are made available by us.

As a general matter, you can browse the Website without submitting information by which you may be personally identified. RAMP adheres to the highest standards of ethical practices in all our operations and is dedicated to protecting the privacy of all visitors to our Website. We don’t sell, barter, give away, or rent your Personal Information. Except as disclosed below, we don’t permit anyone outside RAMP to use or access your Personal Information, and in all cases we only share your Personal Information where it is in the legitimate interest of furthering RAMP’s mission.

However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. Children under the age of 13

Protecting the privacy of children is especially important. Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) is a European Regulation concerning the use and processing of Personal Information. We are committed to processing your information in compliance with the GDPR.
